Hello! My name is Valeria Mulina. I am a psychotherapist working with the methods of cognitive-behavioral therapy. For a long time, working with clients, I couldn’t find a tool that would help them to keep a diary of emotions and thoughts in a convenient and structured form. So I decided to create such a tool myself.
Understanding the steps to walk a person through for detailed and effective thought work came to me during sessions with clients. And I am very grateful to everyone who helped me refine this approach.

I am sure that the work of analyzing your emotions and thoughts will be useful not only for people who have deep psychological problems. This skill is useful for anyone who periodically experiences strong negative emotions. Quite often, they can be caused by our cognitive errors or our schemas.
By knowing our “favorite” errors or patterns, we can neutralize them and think more clearly, more realistically, and more adaptively.

Changing mind habits every day
If you just found out that it would be good for you to train in the gym to improve your physical condition, knowledge will not be enough for you. The same is true with the work of consciousness. To strengthen the new neural pathways that give us a sharp, productive, and clear awareness of reality, we need to run our thoughts along them regularly, every day. This is how our neurophysiology works. Therefore, I encourage you to train in your mental gym every day.
