1. User-Initiated Data Deletion

If you no longer wish to use the app, you can delete your profile, including all associated content, directly from the “Settings” screen. The deletion is immediate.

How to Access the “Settings” Screen:

Option 1:

– Tap the “Profile” icon on the top bar.
– On the “Profile” screen, tap the “Settings” icon.

Option 2:

– Open the Drawer Menu by tapping the “Menu” icon in the top-right corner.
– Select “Settings” from the menu.

How to delete your profile with all your data on the “Settings” screen:

– Press the button “Delete Profile”
– Confirm data deletion in a pop-up window.
– After this action, your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

2. Admin-Initiated Data Deletion Upon User Request

If you prefer to delete your profile through the email address you registered with, send us a request at cibiti.app@gmail.com.

Important Notes:

– You must send the email from the registered email address associated with your profile.
– Upon receiving your request, we will send you a letter with a notification about the deletion and a request to notify us if you want to keep the data.
– If you don’t answer this letter during 30 days, we will delete your profile and all associated content.
– After this action, your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

3. Partial Data Deletion

You can delete any individual item you’ve created in the app.

How to Delete an Item:

– At the bottom of each material you create, you’ll find a Delete button.
– Confirm the deletion in a pop-up window, and the item will be permanently removed.
– After this action, the item will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
